File Photo: India’s defence minister Rajnath Singh. New Delhi : India ‘s Ministry of Defence on July 30 released an amended draft of Offset Guidelines that will form part of the Defence Procurement Procedure 2020.
The amended draft Offset Guidelines were released three days after making public the amended draft DPP-2020, which has been renamed Defence Acquisition Procedure 2020 , on July 27.
